1. Data Collection
When you register to use our services, we may ask you to provide the following information:

- Phone number
The contact form requires your name, email address, subject and message; your phone number is optional. When you consent and submit the form, this data is sent to FormSubmit to process and email the request to MediaRemover.
Social network account information:
- Username
- Account URL
- Email to create account
- Date of birth in account
2. Use of Information
All customer information is only used to help resolve issues related to the social networking platform you encounter. We commit not to use customer information for any purpose other than providing services.
3. Information Storage Time
Customer information will be stored in our system within 14 days. After this time, we will delete all customer information from the system. If the customer requests immediate deletion of information, we will comply with the request promptly.
For contact form submissions, FormSubmit stores the data for 30 days according to its documentation. MediaRemover’s 14-day retention period and immediate deletion requests do not mean that FormSubmit’s archived copy has been deleted; that copy is subject to FormSubmit’s mechanisms and policies. 4. Information Security
We protect customer information and use it only to provide services. When you consent to submitting the contact form, its data is sent to FormSubmit to process and email the request to MediaRemover. We do not share customer information with third parties for purposes unrelated to providing services. You may use the direct contact channels instead of the form if you do not wish to use FormSubmit.
5. Policy Adjustments
MediaRemover will update this Privacy Policy when there are changes in the service or to comply with new data protection regulations. We will notify you of any changes in the way we process your personal information.
