1. Payment Methods

MediaRemover accepts the following payment methods:

• International payment card (Credit / Debit Card)
• PayPal

2. Payment Terms

Services costing less than $40

For services costing less than $40, MediaRemover applies the pay-after-completion method. Customers pay immediately after the service has been performed and completed.

Services costing more than $40

For services costing more than $40, MediaRemover requires an upfront deposit or 100% transfer of the service value before implementation begins.

3. Refund Policy

If MediaRemover cannot resolve the issue requested by the customer, we commit to refund 100% of the amount the customer has deposited or paid to us.

Refunds are processed within 12 hours.
